Shades of Grey

With my mostly black and white wardrobe, of course that title was bound to be used lol (Just to clarify, I never did and never will read the book/s) This is just one of those times that I try to be like Lua P. of Le Happy (which is like, 50% of the time).

Top: Victoria's Secret PINK
Maxi skirt, bralet, & earrings: Forever 21
Boots: Topshop
Bag: Nine West (vintage)
Cherry necklace: H&M
Bangles, & black stone ring: Divisoria

For this look, I just scrambled in my drawer for old accessories. I even turned a ball chain into a choker because I don't have a legit one huhu. (But I've now learnt how to make a tattoo choker so yay!) I also amped up the grunge of the look by sporting thicker eyeliner.

Oh my gosh, is it almost the end of the world??? This is probably the shortest entry I've ever made hahaha! (I guess this is to make up for the next entry in my backlog-- which I've already written-- and it's pretty lengthy!)

Feel free to leave a comment below! I know I haven't replied to the previous ones I've got (ever since my last post 3 months ago oops), but I'll respond someday I promise haha! Getting close to the end of my backlogs yay <3

#Lee125 Philippine Fashion Week

Very late post here, sorry! Lee's 125th anniversary fashion show happened last May 30, at the Main Atrium of SM Mall of Asia. It was part of the Holiday 2014 Philippine Fashion Week.

Thanks to Lemuel *cough* who really should go back to blogging already *cough*, I got to watch the show! So, here's a photodump from the event. Warning: lots of denim ahead (lol of course). Sorry for the quality of the photos, I have to explore the settings of my camera better!

The show's host-- Bianca Gonzalez.

It was not your typical fashion show-- what with the frequent bursts of dancing in between segments.

Asia's Next Top Model's Katarina Rodriguez (whom we got to take a photo with-- see near-end of post!)

My favorite line of designs from the Style Army!

Love those tops-- wish they sold them!

With David Guison, my fave local male blogger!

With Andre Judd Chang, stylist, fashion editor, and more!

With Katarina Rodriguez (she has SO MUCH MORE appeal in real life, I swear, photos don't do her enough justice!!)

Now, here's what I wore to the event! Lee's a denim brand, so I figured I should wear jeans. They weren't from Lee though, oops. (I only have one Lee jeans and they were big for me already lol) Also, I came from school so I had a dress code to adhere to lol. I wasn't sure how to dress up for the event either, so I just went with something simple, but with a bit of edginess, hence the DM's.

Are you guys aware of FNO or Fashion's Night Out? It's an annual event hosted by Vogue in different fashion capitals worldwide! Unfortunately, Manila isn't one of them. I'm hoping in the future, we will be! I got this shirt last 2012.

Shirt: Fashion's Night Out || Jean leggings: Hollister || Boots: Dr. Marten's
Cardigan: Aeropostale || Necklace & satchel: Forever 21

Bonus: After the show, my family and I went to dinner at Lugang, a Chinese restaurant. Love their xiao long bao! The chili prawns (or something... I forgot what they were called, sorry!) were good too! And I love their pineapple rice-- it literally was served in a pineapple!!

That's all for this post! Had to publish this already because it's been long due! As of now, I have 3 backlogs left (including the Preview Best-Dressed Ball!!!), whew! Will try my best to put them up asap.
